Door-to-door by air or sea, or UPS Ground from our US warehouse on stocked models. Delivery date confirmed on your quote.

What is the minimum order quantity?
50 pieces per design and per body color. You can mix models in one order as long as each model-color combination reaches 50 pieces.
How long does an order take?
10 business days of production after proof approval, then door-to-door by air or sea with the date confirmed on your quote. Popular models stocked in our Dallas warehouse ship UPS Ground in 3–5 business days, and a 5-day rush is available on stocked blank colors for a 15% surcharge.
What do custom water bottles actually cost?
At 500 pieces: $9.10 for a 20oz coffee tumbler, $13.20 for a 40oz handle tumbler, $5.20 for a 12oz ceramic desk mug. Setup is $45 for laser and $60 per screen for screen printing. Full quantity ladder is published above — no quote required to budget.
Is the proof really free?
Yes. Digital mockups are free and returned within 24 hours. A decorated physical sample is $45 including freight, credited back in full against your first order.
What compliance documents do you provide?
FDA 21 CFR 175.300 food-contact declarations, California Prop 65 statements, and LFGB test reports for EU-bound orders. Certificates are issued per production batch, not recycled from an old run.
Can you ship to individual home addresses?
Yes — for onboarding and employee gifting we ship to a list of addresses, with a per-box packing slip and no pricing shown. Upload a CSV at checkout or send it with your PO.
